OVEN PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350°F. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture into equal size balls. Place meat balls into an ungreased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2). Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meat balls; cover with foil.

Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
