OVEN PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salts, garlic and pepper. Shape into balls. Place in 8" or 9" square pan. Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup water (can add garlic salt and dash of chili powder to sauce). Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
