CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
12 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. Cool Whip (8-12 oz.)
Red & green maraschino cherries

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cottage and pineapple; stir. Allow to congeal in refrigerator. Beat in Cool Whip. Place cherries on top alternating the red and green. Let set.
