SAUSAGE SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
8 to 10 med. yellow squash
1 (10 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion
1 can cream mushroom soup

Brown sausage, cut squash and onions. Cook for few minutes or until tender; drain. Layer sausage, soup, squash, and cheese; then make same layer of above items. Bake at 350 degrees.
