SQUASH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 med. squash
2 sm. onions
1 lb. pork sausage
1 sm. can milk
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs

Cook squash and onions in small amount of water until done. Break up sausage in frying pan and fry until done; drain.

In baking dish, layer squash, sausage and cheese.

In small bowl mix eggs, milk and sage. Pour over squash. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
