MARINADE FOR GRILLED PORK CHOPS 
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4-6 pork chops

Combine above ingredients. Pour over 4 to 6 pork chops, placed either in a large plastic bag or pan with a cover. Marinate 4 hours or overnight. Grill chops about 10 minutes on each side.

This marinade was awesome! I ended up getting my pineapple juice from squeezing pineapple chunks (and then throwing the wrung-out chunks in the bag too) and putting my chops in for the whole day, put wow!

I'll definitely be sharing this with everyone I know who grills pork chops or chicken!

This recipe was excellent, even my kids loved it. I bought the can of pineapple chunks..Used the juice in the recipe and the made stir fried rice with the pineapple chunks... Other veggies and soya sauce.. Excellent!
