Very tasty! I used other reviewers suggestions and used orange juice since I didn't have pineapple and it was delicious! I also only marinated the chops for about an hour. I can only imagine how succulent they would have been had I marinated them longer. Five stars!!!!!

These were the best pork chops I have ever eaten! We made the recipe, but added a couple tablespoons of our homemade apricot pineapple jam. Delicious!!

My husband said this was the best pork chop he'd ever had.. Even better than his moms!! I marinated 1 extra thick bone in chop with this for about 5 hours, grilled it, and served it with mango habanero dipping sauce! My husband (who eats very healthy) was sucking the bone when he finished! Excellent recipe!!

This recipe is amazing! Finger licking good! I also tried it with frozen chicken. I placed the frozen chicken into a oven bag with all of the ingredients and I didnt even marinade it. I just threw it in the oven for 60mins and it came out delicious!! The meat fell off the bones and all my family were fighting over the sauce. One to try!!!!

LOVED IT, I picked up a small can of pineapple rings for the juice then put that in as well. So the pineapple was marinated as well and the grilled them up. I only marinated for 2 hours but it was amazing even the kids loved it..

We tried this recipe last night...wow!! We only had time to marinate for 2 hours and it was incredible. I can't imagine how good it would be if it marinated overnight! A delicious blend of sweet and salty, we will definitely be making this again. I even drained out the onions and grilled them in a skillet on the grill. The perfect topping to these pork chops! It was so flavorful, we will likely try this with chicken as well. The other reviewers are right... stop looking for other recipes; this is a winner!!

My favorite recipe hands down. Absolutely perfect. I try to put the chops on for a 24hr marinade, but 6hrs will do just fine if you are time limited. This is absolutely a family favorite. I specifically buy pineapple chunks just to have them on hand for this recipe. And as another reviewer suggested, toss in the chunks also. I usually just chop them up with the onion in the food processor (I also use crushed garlic as opposed to powder). Anyway, everyone should try this recipe at least once in their life. It is that good, and that simple.

Making these today. We grill all year round here in Tucson, YAY! I used crushed pineapple and added Apple juice to add some liquid. Also used crushed fresh garlic (2) along with the garlic powder as well as a dash of liquid smoke. delicious! 5 stars
