CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 cucumbers, cut into thin slices
2 c. Dannon plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tbsp. crushed dried mint
3 to 4 lg. ice cubes

Place yogurt in serving bowl or dish. Add cucumber, garlic and mint. Mix lightly. Place in cubes in bowl and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Stir well just before serving. Garnish with chopped green onion, if desired, and serve as a salad or as a side dish. Serves 4.
