OVEN PANCAKE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Powdered sugar

Beat eggs until well mixed. Add flour and salt and beat until smooth. Stir in milk and butter and beat until smooth. Stir in milk and butter and beat. Pour into 9" pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake additional 5 to 10 minutes. Sift powdered sugar on top and serve immediately. (NOTE: Pancake will be puffy and will "deflate" soon after leaving the oven.) Serve with syrup and fresh fruit. Serves 2 to 3.
