2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. sliced apples

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease well a jelly-roll pan. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 14-16 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into squares and serve with maple syrup.
