POT ROAST AND VEGETABLES 
3 or 4 potatoes, cubed (pared or with skins)
3 or 4 carrots, pared and thinly sliced
2 or 3 jars whole mushrooms
2 1/2 - 4 lb. chuck or rump roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 beef bouillon in 1/2 c. water

Place items in crock pot in order given. (Sprinkle some of onion soup over carrots, potatoes, mushrooms.) Cover pot and cook on 'low' 8-10 hours.
