HERB STUFFED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
4 tsp. butter
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. snipped chives
1 tsp. snipped parsley
1/8 tsp. dried sage
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dash paprika

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake potatoes about 45 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out inside and mash. Add remaining ingredients except paprika. Mix thoroughly. Spoon potato into shells on baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
