HERB STUFFING 
3 sticks butter
4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sage OR
1 1/2 tsp. each thyme, rosemary and marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix above ingredients together. In a large bowl lightly toss butter mixture with: 3 c. milk 3 c. celery, diced small 2 c. onion, diced small

Spoon stuffing into neck and body of turkey. Bake remaining stuffing last 1-1 1/2 hours in greased covered baking dish or wrapped in aluminum foil. Keep refrigerated before baking as well as after.
