HERBED MEAT LOAF 
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix (Stove Top)
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. onion soup mix
2 tbsp. bottled barbecue sauce or ketchup
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce or ketchup

In medium mixing bowl, combine egg, stuffing mix, milk, onion soup mix and 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce; add ground beef and mix well. Shape into loaf and put in meat loaf pan. Drizzle 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over meat.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
