MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 lg. eggs
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

In large bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk for five minutes. With fork mix in eggs then stir in turkey, onion and salt.

In microwave meatloaf baking dish, place mixture into dish covering with plastic wrap, turning back one corner for vent. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Rotate dish and microwave 7 minutes, rotate dish again and microwave for 3 to 5 minutes or until loaf is firm, 18 minutes in all.

In a cup, combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Uncover meat loaf, spread with 1/2 of mixture. Microwave for 1 minute uncovered. Spread with remaining mixture and microwave for 1 more minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
