SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten

Drain and flake salmon. Blend with remaining ingredients. Put into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
