SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, boned and flaked, save liquid
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Remove skin and bones from salmon. Flake salmon. Combine salmon, salmon liquid, soup, oatmeal, eggs, onion and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Pack into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Cool loaf in pan 10 minutes before turning out.

Excellent, moist salmon loaf. However, I substituted mushroom soup and added a can of mushrooms, as well as 2-3 tablespoons fresh parsley. Superb.
