GNOCCHI AND KALE 
2 cups baby kale
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste

Sauté onion and garlic in the butter till clear and soft. Add broth and simmer till half the liquid is gone. Add tomatoes and kale to onion mixture. Simmer five minutes stirring occasionally.

Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
