CABBAGE SALAD: 
1/2 head cabbage (Chinese or Napa)
3/4 c. green onions, chopped
3 or 4 tbsp. sesame seeds, saute or toast
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 orange (sectioned and cut in half)
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken flavor), crumbled raw

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. olive or salad oil
Flavor pkg. from noodles

Mix dressing and shake well.
