CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head Chinese cabbage (Napa)
2 bunches green onions
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (any flavor)
1/4 c. toasted sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 seasoning packets from Ramen noodles

In a large bowl tear up cabbage as you would lettuce, using mostly the leafy parts. Cut up green onions and break up ramen noodles into small pieces. Add sunflower seeds. Mix all the dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss thoroughly and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Toss again before serving.
