SCRAMBLED EGGS.... TOASTY 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread cube (1/4" sq.)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk

Melt butter in small skillet over low heat. Add bread cubes and cook to golden brown, stirring occasionally. Beat eggs, salt and milk together; pour over bread cubes. Stir over low heat, scraping eggs from bottom and sides of pan. Serve at once. Makes 2 servings.

For a variation, add 2 or 3 tablespoons finely diced American cheese.
