FOUR LAYER DELIGHT | |
1 cup flour 1/2 cup pecans 1 stick butter 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese (softened) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 lg. container of Cool Whip 2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding 3 cup milk First Layer: Mix first three ingredients together and press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool. Second Layer: Take cream cheese, powdered sugar, and all but one heaping cup of Cool Whip and mix together until smooth. Put on top of first layer. Third Layer: Mix chocolate pudding and milk together. Spread on top of second layer. Fourth Layer: Top third layer with the one heaping cup of Cool Whip that is left over. Submitted by: LEWIS_5577 |
