HOMEMADE VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP | |
1 can whole kernel corn 1 can green beans 1 can peas 2 lg. cubed potatoes 1 lg. (stalk) sliced celery 3 lg. sliced carrots 1 lg. can V-8 juice 1 lg. onion (chopped) 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 lg. can tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 c. macaroni 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash 1 tsp. hot sauce 1 lb. ground beef 32 oz. water 3-4 beef bouillon Brown ground beef, strain and rinse. Using 8 quart pot add above vegetables and water saving potatoes and macaroni until 30 minutes before it's done. Simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours adding water if needed. |
