REFRIGERATOR DONUTS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. scalded milk, cooled
1/2 c. shortening, 1/4 if making coffeecake
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Add cooled milk and yeast. Add flour and mix well and put in refrigerator overnight.
