NELL'S PEACHES AND CREAM 
1 stick butter
1 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. pecans (chopped fine)

Combine all ingredients and press into 8 x 12 or a 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip topping
1 can peach pie filling

Combine sugar and cream cheese, add Cool Whip and mix. Pour in cooled crust and chill. Top with peach pie filling just before serving. To serve, cut into squares.
