CHICKEN SALAD 
6 chicken breasts, skinned and cooked with onion and celery
1 med. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
15 or 20 red and green seedless grapes
Nuts, coarsely chopped (dry roasted peanuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, or your preference)
Miracle Whip or mayonnaise

Remove chicken from bone, and break up (not necessarily cubed). Add onion and celery. Cut grapes in half and add to chicken. Add coarsely chopped nuts. Add mayonnaise to moisten.
