BUSY DAY PEACH COBBLER 
3/4 stick butter
1 lg. can peaches (drained)
4 tbsp. of brown sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Use an 8 x 8 x 12 square pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in square pan, then sprinkle brown sugar in the melted butter. Arrange peaches on bottom of pan (over brown sugar). Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl; add milk and mix well. Pour batter over top of peaches and bake 45 minutes or until dough looks done. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream, Cool Whip, ice cream or just plain.
