LAZY PEACH COBBLER 
4 lg. cans peaches in heavy syrup
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Mix water with pudding, stir into peaches, mix well. Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well and pour into a large greased baking pan. Spread evenly in pan. Pour peaches over the dough.

Mix 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, enough milk to mix dough to spread. Pour into a plastic bag, cut hole in corner of bag and squeeze the dough on top in a checkered design across the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
