AMERICAN CHOPPED SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1 med. green pepper
2 stalks celery
2 tbsp. butter
16 oz. can chopped tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans V-8
1 lb. pkg. elbow macaroni
Garlic salt
Pepper

Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until almost cooked. Brown ground beef in same pan. Move mixture to soup pot. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Add tomatoes, V-8 and macaroni. Cook until heated, add salt and pepper to taste.
