PINEAPPLE CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
Mix together:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Add:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice

Add:

2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Bake in ungreased 13"x9" pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix frosting ingredients and spread on cake while still warm. When cool, store in refrigerator.
