PINEAPPLE CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
CAKE:

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, juice & all
1 c. nuts

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees in 9"x13" pan for 30 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix all together and spread on cake.
