ENCHILADAS 
1/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. water
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
12 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic

Mix oil and flour and form paste. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; set aside. Cool.

FILLING:

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped

Fry; drain grease. Add refried beans.

Put sauce (above) in the bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Using 12 flour tortillas, rub bottom of tortilla in sauce. Put filling in tortilla. Top with a little sauce and some grated cheese.

Roll and place in baking dish. Pour the rest of sauce over all and finish with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
