RICE CORN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. pkg. Quiggs yellow rice
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick butter

Cook rice according to directions on package. Add to corn, soup and butter. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Grate cheddar cheese over top. Put into 350 degree oven until cheese melts.
