BEEF, CORN, RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 c. raw rice
1 can corn (frozen or fresh corn)
Tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 slice cream cheese
Bacon
V-8

Layer in casserole 2 or 3 times beginning with ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle each layer with Parmesan cheese. Top with bacon. Pour V-8 over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Uncover and bake for another hour.
