GUACAMOLE 
2 very ripe avocados
juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tomato
2 tbsp. cilantro leaves
1 small green bell pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
salt and pepper
4 drops tabasco sauce

1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out and puree the flesh, adding the lime juice and the olive oil.

2. Peel and dice the tomato. Finely chop the cilantro. Chop the green pepper and remove the seeds.

3. Mix all the ingredients well, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
