CORN, RICE AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. frozen corn
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. fresh dill or basil or 1 tsp. dried
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix corn, rice and cheese in a large bowl. Put into an 8 inch square greased baking dish. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended. Pour over corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
