CORN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 cans cream style corn
2 tsp. sugar
1 sm. pimento
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 egg

Melt butter in skillet. Saute chopped onion and bell pepper. In large mixing bowl mix other ingredients and add onion and bell pepper. Bake in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
