CHINESE OVEN-FRIED PORK CHOPS 
1 egg
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. dry, fine bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes
4 lean pork chops

Beat egg, soy sauce, water and spices together in pie plate. Sprinkle bread crumbs or corn flakes on sheet of wax paper. Dip chops into egg mixture, then press into crumbs, coating evenly on both sides.

Place in single layer in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes longer or until done.
