CHINESE OVEN FRIED PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops
1 egg
1 tbsp. water or sherry
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. bread crumbs

Beat egg. Add water/sherry, ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce. Mix.

Dip chops in mixture; then, in crumbs and lay on a non-stick baking pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn chops over and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until tender and no pink shows.
