STIR FRIED RICE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. cooked white rice, cooled, not sticky
2 strips bacon, diced and fried
2 tbsp. diced onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs, well beaten

In large skillet heat oil to very hot temperature. Add rice, bacon, onion, and soy sauce and stir the mix quickly over high heat. Pour eggs over all and fry at medium heat until eggs are cooked. Serve with any Oriental main course.
