STIR FRIED RICE 
A:

2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten

B:

1 Chinese sausage (cut into pea size)
1/4 c. chopped onion

C:

2 oz. fresh shrimp

D:

1/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cooking sherry

E:

2 Chinese mushrooms (lg. dried)
3 scallions, chopped
1/4 c. frozen peas

F:

1 tbsp. thin soy sauce
1 tbsp. black soy sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar

G:

1/4 c. peanut oil

Soak Chinese mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes, then cut into pea size.

Marinate shrimp with part D. Heat 2 tablespoons oil; stir-fry eggs. Remove it out of Wok.

Heat 4 tablespoons oil; stir fry part B. Add shrimp and part E. Remove from Wok.

Heat 2 tablespoon oil; stir-fry rice, then return all ingredients into Wok including Part F. Mix well and serve hot.

(If you can't get Chinese sausage from oriental grocery store, you can substitute ham. Also, if you can't find two types of soy sauce, use regular type.)
