PARTY POTATOES 
8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
3 tbsp. chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt (optional)
Butter
Grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Blend the cream cheese and sour cream in small bowl and set aside. Mash potatoes with mixer, blending until smooth. Add cheese-cream mixture and beat well. Stir in chives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Cover and put in refrigerator. One hour before serving, dot with butter; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake one hour at 325 degrees. Serves 8-10 people.
