PARTY POTATOES 
8-10 med. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. commercial sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
Touch paprika & parsley
1 egg, beaten

Pare potatoes, boil until tender; drain. Beat softened cheese and sour cream at medium speed until well blended. Add hot potatoes, gradually beating until light and fluffy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put in 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
