8-10 med. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
(May also put 1 c. cheese in)

Boil potatoes, mash, blend ingredients. Add milk if needed. Add sour cream and garlic to taste. Brush butter on top. Sprinkle with chives. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
