PARTY POTATOES II 
8-10 new potatoes (about 4 lb.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Garlic salt to taste
1/4 c. chopped chives
Melted butter
Paprika to taste

Cook potatoes, peeled, until tender; drain. Combine cheese and sour cream in a large bowl and beat with mixer until creamy. Beat potatoes until light and fluffy. Add the cheese and sour cream. Season with garlic salt and mix in chives. Add milk if too thick. Turn into a buttered casserole (2 quart). Brush with butter. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
