1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkt. taco seasoning
1/3 cup water
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can of stewed or diced tomatoes (drain well)
1/2 bag Cool Ranch Doritos, crumbled
1/2 cup ranch dressing (more or less - your choice)

Brown ground beef and onions together till beef is brown and onions are transparent. Drain fat drippings, put back in pan and add taco seasoning. Pour 1/3 cup of water in with meat mixture, stir until all seasoning is mixed into meat.

Cut up lettuce and put in large bowl. Add shredded cheese.

Let meat mixture stand for about 7 minutes to cool (if you add the meat when to hot lettuce will wilt). Add meat mixture to lettuce and cheese. Add stewed or diced tomatoes (well drained).

Crumble about half a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos - pour in with meat and lettuce. Pour half cup of ranch dressing over mixture and mix well. Serve.
