PRALINE SAUCE 
1 c. dark corn syrup
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan combine the corn syrup, brown sugar, and water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Boil, uncovered, 1 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
