PRALINE SAUCE ICE CREAM TOPPING 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. half and half
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and add brown sugar. Cook 5-8 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and gradually stir in half and half. Cook 1 minute on low. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and vanilla. Yields: 1 1/2 cups. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
