RUM SAUCE TOPS PEACHES 
4 fresh or canned peach halves
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. shredded coconut
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. rum ice cream

Pantry staples and a couple scoops of ice cream. Make a dessert of classic proportions. Arrange peach halves in a baking dish. Combine almonds, butter and coconut; spoon into each peach half.

Combine lemon juice and rum; pour over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. Makes 2 servings.
