2 (15 oz. ea.) cans peaches, drained and chopped
2 green onions, sliced thin, including tops
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. Asian garlic chili sauce
1/4 tsp. Asian five spice powder
1/8 tsp. white pepper

In a bowl, mix the peaches, green onion, cilantro, garlic chili sauce, lime juice, five spice powder, white pepper. Chill until serving.

Serve as a salsa with tortilla chips or as a garnish for meat dishes.
